1 · Consultation (free, always)
A relaxed conversation — your occasion, guest count, venue status, budget reality, and the feeling you want the room to have. No pressure and no invoice; you leave with honest guidance either way.
2 · Proposal & budget
A written proposal with a real number: scope, our fee, and a line-item budget frame for the event itself. You'll never discover a cost in month four that we knew about in month one.
3 · Design & vendors
A design concept — palette, florals, lighting, tabletop, flow — plus a vendor team matched to your budget tier. We negotiate, contract, and manage every one of them; you approve, once, at the top.
4 · The runway
Timelines tighten from monthly to weekly to daily. Six weeks out we lock the run-of-show; every vendor gets the same minute-by-minute timeline. You get a final walkthrough and one job: show up rested.
5 · The day
We arrive first and leave last. Setup, vendor management, guest flow, the crisis you'll never hear about, and the teardown. You are a guest at your own event — that's the entire promise.
