What's the difference between your packages?
Full-service planning (from $6,500) handles everything from concept to the last dance. Partial (from $3,500) picks up where you've left off. Month-of ($1,800) and day-of ($1,200) coordination let you plan yourself and hand us the reins so you can relax. Try the Event Vision studio or ask us which fits.
How much will my event cost?
Our planning and design fees start at the numbers on our services page, but total event cost depends entirely on guest count, venue, and vision. A free consultation gives you honest, tailored budget guidance.
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes — years of relationships with the best florists, caterers, venues, and entertainers in Denver, all vetted and trusted. We match vendors to your style and budget, and we manage every one for you.
Do you do design as well as logistics?
Absolutely — Julian leads a full design and styling studio, from complete concepts to florals, tablescapes, and lighting. Beautiful and seamless are not separate services here; they're the same promise.
