Consultations & bookings
Consultations booked through this site are free and carry no obligation. A booking request reserves a conversation, not a date — event dates are secured only by a signed proposal and retainer, which we prepare after your consultation.
Pricing
Prices shown are honest starting points. Every event is quoted to its actual guest count, venue, and scope in a written proposal — the website is never the final word, the proposal is.
Event Vision & concierge
The AI Event Vision studio and concierge chat produce inspiration and guidance, not commitments. Concepts, palettes, and budget guidance are starting points we refine together; don't book vendors off them without talking to us first.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site (scraping, spam, attempting to break things — see it, report it, we'll thank you).
Liability & disputes
We plan carefully and carry professional insurance, but this website itself is provided as-is. Our engagement terms — including cancellation, postponement, and force-majeure language — live in your signed proposal, which always supersedes this page. Colorado law applies.
